1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SelfVote. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SelfVote mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and kuma.im ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

SelfVote is a mobile application designed to help users build positive self-identity through daily behavioral voting. The App allows you to:

• Create and manage self-identities
• Record daily votes (approve or disapprove) for behaviors
• View statistics and progress over time
• Use home screen widgets for quick access
• Optionally upgrade to Pro version for additional features

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal iOS device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
